ntroduction:
Jawahar Knowledge Centre (JKC) was initiated in 2005 by the Commissionerate of Collegiate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh as a reliable solution to the problem of unemployment faced by students studying non-professional courses in Degree colleges. The opportunity was extended to Smt. NPS Govt. College for women, Chittoor to provide training to students in Employability skills.
Mission:
Degree students should complete graduation and leave college with a graduation Degree and a Placement order.
Objectives:
l To provide intensive training to students in Communication skills, Soft Skills and Analytical Skills
l To establish computer labs and provide hands on training in Technical skills
l To prepare students for the challenges in the global job market
l To conduct Placement drives and provide job opportunities to students
l To enhance confidence levels and can do attitude in students
